There is no doubt Bangkok is one of the TOP places to visit in Thailand. It's all together - very clean and extremely dirty, full of nice perfumes and weird smells from the street food places, and trash. The buildings also, in Bangkok you can find it all, skyscrapers, cardboard houses, and people sleeping on the streets with no roofs on their heads.

Bangkok - Nonthaburi
For the whole trip, this was the place that I called my home. Because to be honest, I don't have one place to call my home anymore. Kinda funny.
This is the place where I stayed. Giving them all five starts that Airbnb allows me to! Stayed there for 6 nights and loved it because the offer includes gym + 2 pools (on 9th and 56th floor). Trust me, relaxation is just what you'll want after visiting all tourist top places or walk around for the whole day.

My favorite way to get from Nonthaburi to the central part of Bangkok was by public boat. There are other and probably cheaper options (metro, taxi, a personal car with the driver, etc) but somehow I found my way how to get around and spend 85 baht (2,33 EUR) for one side trip.
Tok-Tok is another fun way to get around, but I'd say, it's only good for shorter day time rides. You'll find it on every corner - be careful they'll always start with a higher price, be ready to bargain.
Places I saw & loved
First - Wat Pho is the temple complex where you can find the largest Reclining Buddha in Thailand. The complex itself is one of the oldest and largest in Bangkok. Amazing how clean and not touristy it actually was. I didn't experience any long lines as well or trouble taking photos.

Second, The Grand Palace. Definitely top one place for all the tourists that are visiting Bangkok. Palace used to be a home for the king, therefore it holds many rules that you better know about before entering, otherwise, you might even not get in. Dress code is super important, please google it before planning the trip. Here you can see me, all very stylish in more than 35 °C. Here, you'll find pictures from the trip.

Third - local China Town! As I've visited China (Shanghai and Beijing) I kinda wanted just to go back in time. As soon as tok-tok arrived it instantly felt a bit different, more Chinese people and even more Asian influencers/Instagram fans - they were changing outfits on the street.

These we my favorite place from my 1st trip to Bangkok, Thailand.
Also, I managed to find myself too late in Safari, which was quite funny because they're taking all animals out of their caves at around 5 pm. I was there at 4 pm, saw only 2 animal shows, some fish and birds.
When it comes to their food, I'm just not a fan at all. If you love Asian cuisine - Bangkok will be perfect for you. People are saying that it's just as great as their cheap + high-quality massages.
My TOP 5 tips to survive Bangkok
Download the Google Translate app. You can buy a cheap phone card that allows using the internet cheaper + to use the app while talking with locals;
Take some medicine with you. I didn't get any stomach problems but a lot of people does;
Be aware of scams - they're everywhere. Wear your backpack or fanny pack on your chest, not back;
Read dress codes for temples/palaces and be ready as you arrive. It'll save you decent money;
Local massage salons are really good. Girls, please, before jumping into relaxation understand whether or not you want a full body massage + a man might be the specialist there, decide how you feel about that and only then do it.
Thank you for all the support! Feel free to leave a comment or share this with someone who'll be visiting Bangkok for the first time, and might find this useful.
